Is your group or organization looking for opportunities to learn and grow together? Contact me or see below for ideas about how we can work together.
One of my greatest joys is working with small and large groups to support the inner work involved in personal and spiritual growth.
Workshops, retreats, and small group gatherings can help participants slow down, pay attention, and explore motivations, behavior patterns, desires, and obstacles that keep us feeling “stuck.” I guide groups through teachings, discussions, and contemplative practices that facilitate healing and growth. Developing self-compassion and attuning to our bodies deepens authentic connection with self, others, creation, and the divine.
I am available for speaking engagements, workshops, and small and large group facilitation in addition to one-on-one spiritual direction sessions. Topics include, but are not limited to:
- spiritual/contemplative practices
- writing contemplative poetry
- the Enneagram
- the Enneagram and spiritual practices
- book studies
- the Enneagram and relationships (personal or at work)
If you have idea for an event type or topic not listed, let’s chat! I would love to hear more about the needs and goals for your group or organization. Generally, we can do work together that involves increasing awareness, healing, and wholeness in relation to self, others, the divine, and creation.

In this 6-week small group or all-day workshop, participants will learn what spiritual contemplative practices are and why we use them. Then, we will experience a number of group contemplative practices that can be continued regularly either as a group or individually.

The contemplative life teaches us to pay attention. The Enneagram illuminates how our energy follows our attention. As we increase awareness, we can choose to disrupt unhelpful patterns and find freedom. This is an interactive experience with brief teachings on the Enneagram and spiritual practices along with practices tailored to your Enneagram type.

In this half-day workshop, participants will explore how reading and writing poetry as a contemplative practice helps us to listen for what Howard Thurman calls “the sound of the genuine.” I will guide you through simple, contemplative steps to write your own poetry.
